Designations

ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative)

The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. It recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. CRS® Designees are experienced REALTORS® who complete advanced training in listing and selling, and meet rigorous production requirements

CLHMS (Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist)

The Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist designation is awarded to Real Estate Associates who work with luxury homes.

TRC (Certified International Property Specialist)

This certification is awarded by the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA). The TRC is paramount in the generation of international leads, especially for Realtors® working in second home and resort markets. TRC brokers are well prepared to provide quality service to buyers with international real estate interests.

CSC ((Certified Staging Consultant)

CSC designees complete training on how to incorporate the art and business of Home Staging into their business model.

CNC (Certified Negotiation Consultant)

REALTORS® who have obtained the CNE designation, have completed further education to achieve the knowledge, training and ability needed to be expert negotiators; a vital skill required for real estate transactions.


SFR - Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource

REALTORS® who have earned the SFR certification know how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities. The certification program includes training on how to qualify sellers for short sales, negotiate with lenders, protect buyers, and limit risk.

SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist)

The designation is offered by SRES. The designation focuses on the fastest growing segment of property owners, the senior citizen population.

CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert)

REALTORS® who have obtained the CNE designation, have completed further education to achieve the knowledge, training and ability needed to be expert negotiators; a vital skill required for real estate transactions.

CDPE - Certified Distressed Property Expert

A CDPE is a real estate professional with specific understanding of the complex issues confronting the real estate industry, and the foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners. Through comprehensive training and experience, CDPEs can provide solutions for homeowners facing hardships in today’s market, specifically short sales. CDPEs don’t merely assist in selling properties, they serve and help save their clients in need.


CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist)

This designation allows REALTORS® to service the growing international market in their local community by focusing on culture, exchange rates, investment trends, and legal issues. CIPS designees learn to work with buyers and sellers from different countries and cultures.

E-PRO (Internet Professionals)

e-PRO Certification is a revolutionary new training program, presented entirely online, to certify real estate agents and brokers as Internet Professionals. Comprehensive and educational, e-PRO is the only certification program of its kind that is recognized and endorsed by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.

GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute)

Members primarily involved in residential real estate wanting to increase their knowledge and skills in a broad array of technical subjects and the fundamentals of real estate participate in the REALTOR® Institute, graduate program to earn the GRI designation. The program also provides opportunities to develop important business contacts. The GRI is a nationally recognized designation of the National Association of REALTORS®.

PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor)

The Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification focuses on enhanced skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.
